We lived in Freeport Bahamas and our apartment was broken into 3 times and each time they were in our bedroom while we slept and went through my wallet and took all money and other things.
We needed a guard dog so we went to the Humane Society and my wife said there is a cute little puppy and we passed it by till this beast lunged at us all teeth and growl. Dats da wun I sed and we made the arrangements. She had been a street dog in Eight Mile Rock. I later met people who recognized her there and said her name was Beauty as she had such a pretty face. I had to have her spayed of course and she was groggy when I brought her home and it was good as I don't think she had ever been in a house and was really wild. It took food to tempt her and gentle talking before she would let me near her. Soon a training collar and evening walks to the golf course across the road for time together. It took quite a while to gain her trust and about 3 months before I could trust her to come when called if left to go out and do her business. Then serious training and she became known as a circus dog.
#Potcakes can be very smart and she had to be to survive on the streets. She loved garbage of course and was a total dumpster diver gourmet as that is how she survived at 8MR. One day I had her with me at the beach and she went out I thought to play in the surf. Dammed if she wasnt putting her head underwater and soon she was back at my side muching on her catch of the day. OMG OMG I wonder is she can cut bait???
Later I moved to Newfoundland Canada and she came with me. Too funny to see her see snow for the first time and she quickly learned to check out the yellow snow LOL. I worked on the ships as a repair engineer and she would come on board most with me and I would put her through her tricks numbering about 65 at that time. Later we moved to Toronto and I worked the ships there and went into Technical Sales and she came to work with me every day and the staff loved her.
I traded her back in forth with my xwife and she left her in the car and she died from the heat. My heart is still broken and I remember her very fondly. Dogs are better than people~! She is waiting for me at the Rainbow Bridge.
Jamie Labelle worked for the late Richard Mullholland who's office was the Penthouse of the Bank of America Building in Tampa. She had seen these men several times in the building. The Bank there is for business in the building and parking is expensive so there is no reason for outsiders to use it.
Jamie made eye contact with Atta one time and he glared at her enough to frighten her. She went to security and complained. They said if they have not done anything wrong there is nothing we can do.

Jimmy McNerney had a second hand magazine stand at the Oldsmar Flea Market on weekends.
One day four men came while he was checking people out at the cash and asked him "Where are the magazines on Flying?" He told them there were some out in the Isle stand. They went out for a few minutes and Came back and grabbed him by the arm and pulled him away from his open cash and took him out to the isle. "Where are the magazines on Commercial Flying one demanded~!" We only have private pilot type magazines he replied and so they went away in disgust.
On hearing this I phoned #FBITampa and they told me to report on "Rewards for Justice" site which I did. Never any response.
Some years later I had occasion to call Tampa FBI to report a Fraud. FBI Man said we are too busy to bother with that as we are working Terrorism besides I need to take my boy to Baseball~!
I sent emails to each newspaper, radio and TV station and Magazine in the #TampaBay area and Never a response on any of them.

I emailed or called Tampa Police, Hillsborough County Sheriff, Florida Highway Patrol, Florida State Police and only the Hillsborough Sheriff showed mild interest and did not interview Jamie or Jimmy.

My Dad called them Mosquito Hawks and we used to watch them in the early evening, in the 50's catching insects while flying. They would make a cheeping noise and speed up their wings each time they succeeded. When they spotted a big one below they would fold in their wings and dive after it and when they spread their wings they made a booming noise. Now on #PEI Prince Edward Island, Canada no one seems to even know what they are. :-(

ROBOCALLS Really getting tired of several junk phone calls each day. Installed Nomorobo on my cell phone and all junk sent to voice mail. All calls are shown on the robocall app and none leave voice mail lol.
The app reports that 34 percent of calls received are robocalls

Dr Benjamin Maxson 813 387 9890 6117 Gunn Hwy Tampa Florida.
Visited with Dr
Maxson and explained that I had tendon tears in my pelvic cage from a
reaction to the drug Cipro. He seemed to discount my story and x-rayed
me for bone troubles when I explained that I had many painful spots
throughout my pelvic cage. I had a USB drive with me that I made for my
primary care doctor and loaned it to him and gave him a self addressed
envelope so he could copy and return it. 3 weeks later nothing but
promises from his staff. No report from him to give to my primary care
doctor. I have two more appointments coming up shortly and need these
reports nada nada. Very very disappointing.
He claims to be a holistic
doctor but gives the term hole a new meaning.
4 weeks later the USB drive arrived after his staff saw my report on Yelp. Still no report on his x-ray study and might have been useful at two later Doctors appointments. My DVD still not returned.
I searched the internet for a tendon specialist in Tampa. Some were involved with sports medicine. My experience has shown that even though there is a reported epidemic on tendon tears in the NFL, none of the sports injury doctors I have contacted seem to be aware of Fluoroquinolon Toxicity and tendon tears. This toxicity has caused many problems chiefly tendon tears. The main Drugs are Cipro and Levaquin but there are several others that cause the same problems. I found Dr Tang and specifically asked for ultrasound as she seemed a tendon specialist and did her own ultrasound imaging.

There had been a cancellation so I was able to see her the next day. Her staff and nurse practitioner were particularity kind and seemed knowledgeable but when asked if they were aware of Fluoroquinolon Toxicity all I got was strange looks. When I briefly explained they seemed shocked. Dr Tang came on the scene and proceeded to question me and suggested an MRI. I came specifically for Ultra Sound. When #FLUOROQUINOLONE ASSOCIATED DISABILITY was mentioned she immediately became condescending and would not listen to me further.
This is becoming typical even with lawsuits to Johnson and Johnson + Bayer being sued separately in excess of 1 Billion dollars for the damages they have caused with Cipro and Levaquin plus the fact that ex head of the FDA Margaret Hamburg and her husband have been charged with racketeering under the Rico act for covering up the issue while her husband profited more than 100 Million on the stock market.
Now becoming quite fed up with the USA medical establishment and this condescending woman from Shanghai is no exception. She wasted my time and medicare's money.
Here is a review of moneys she has received from Drug or Device Companies
She is all about the money. She performs the maximum amount of
procedures on patients in office or at outpatient facilities. She wont
do multiple procedures in one day she will make you come back everyday
so she will get a higher payment from our insurances. If her
reimbursement is not high enough she will increase her fee schedule and
hope the insurance will pay her more. Most of these patients don't need
these procedures. Nor do they want them. I will never ever see her
again or visit her office. You know when something is wrong when she
can't keep the same staff. One girl told me she was leaving because Dr.
Tang threw a folder and papers at her. Dr. Tang would even change her
office policies from week to week. Patients and employees cant handle
change that much.

Our Romaine Lettuce has Bolted.
New experiences continue LOL.
Bolting means its going to seed. Caused by drop in temperature.
I might try to save the few seeds just for amusement.
Apparently the lettuce is quite bitter at this point and most throw away or compost.
We had a salesman ring the doorbell. I always ask to see their solicitation permit as some come to check out the property for later burglary. He was from TRUGREEN of Oldsmar he said and presented a business card as Nick Antonello Account Rep. Anyone could have that card and TRUGREEN must know the LAW~!
Every solicitor, by law, must carry & present his Permit & Certificate to you when coming to your door. Here is the Florida State Statute: “Every permit-holder shall carry the permit and certificate required by this section at all times while engaged in home solicitation sales and shall display the same to all prospective buyers before initiating the solicitation of a sale, lease, or rental.”
The salesman said maybe the office has a permit?? Ok time to call the cops~!
I called the Sheriff's main office at Ybor and recorded the conversation and put it on YouTube. Later discussions with the supervisor revealed that Operator 91 is being re-trained lol. Here is the conversation with her. CLICK TO HEAR RECORDING
Later recalling previous issues with property thefts I dug up some old information and passed along to the sheriff's office by email. Got a call from the Detective involved "Detective Andrea Wilford – Hillsborough County
Sheriff’s Office" and she side tracked and danced around the issues with her well used excuse book lol. Now married as Andrea Schapper
I have been victim of many crimes here and the Sheriff's Office has done lip service but has never found the criminals in several cases even when they were named~! I have no faith in the Hillsborough County Sheriff's office and I have lost total respect for their integrity and intelligence in General~! I will push these issues now that I have some time and hope the service will improve. The Sheriff's office could do better if they were aware of these situations and I know the Sheriff wants a good crew and reputation. I hope this helps.

9/30/2009 in the a.m.Gave details and

my knowledge, the only contact in the case was between Detective Wilford and
Debbie Spikes.No one else was ever
questioned, including Jeffrey Byers.
·After
the theft, Jeff came to Jacksonville to drop off some mail.He acted strange and was in a hurry to
leave.He never returned to work and I
never heard from him again.
·We
were notified by the State to discontinue deducting child support from Jeffrey
Byers’ paycheck.
·On
10/26/2009, I noticed a Nikon D60 camera on Craig’s List.
·On
10/27/2009, I faxed the Craig’s List post to Detective Wilford to follow-up on
the post.The post was removed before
she followed up.She stated that she was
unable to obtain any information from Craig’s List. She was unaware that she
could subpoena Craigslist.
·Received
report GO-HS-2009-538995, stating case inactive.
I
AM VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT NO REAL EFFORT WAS PERFORMED BY THE DETECTIVE TO
RESOLVE THIS CASE.THERE WERE SEVERAL
ISSUES THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DISCUSSED WITH JEFF BYERS.JEFF BYERS WAS NOT EVEN INTERVIEWED OR
QUESTIONED.I TRULY BELIEVE THAT JEFF
BYERS STOLE THE CAMERA.HE HAD THE
OPPORTUNITY, HE ALWAYS NEEDED MONEY AND AFTER THE THEFT, HE DISAPPEARED WITHOUT
ANY NOTICE TO ME.

or Duggan guitars are my brand, produced and sold by me only

November 20th, 2009, I was contacted by a Billy Dalton, who called
me to find out what his guitars were worth and some information about
them.He had six Sonica/Duggan guitars
given to him to sell on EBay and Craig’s List, by a person named Rob, who was
in trouble with the law.
·It
was after the call from Billy Dalton that I discovered the guitars were missing
from my home.They were in a storage
room in the house and I had not checked the room until I received the call.
·I
contacted Detective Wilford to investigate how Billy Dalton obtained the stolen
guitars
·On
December 20, 2009, Billy Dalton contacted me again saying that his same
customer had more Sonica guitars.Billy
mentioned that he had spoken to Detective Wilford and he was willing to
cooperate in any way.Billy was also to
contact Hernando County law enforcement.
·On
December 23, 2009, sent email to Detective Wilford and Billy Dalton asking for
contact phone numbers for Rob and family members who brought the guitars to
Billy Dalton
·On
December 26, 2009, Detective Wilford made arrangements for Detective Freeman to
pick the guitars up from Billy Dalton’s house.
·Detective
Wilford brought the guitars to me at my place of residence.She stated that they were unable to establish
a time frame or that a theft had actually occurred.She claimed that she had spoken to the
District Attorney’s office and they agreed that there were no criminal charges
to file.Detective Wilford further
stated that Billy Dalton did not meet the Florida Statutes for dealing in
stolen property.
·On
March 12, 2010, Debbie Spikes contacted Detective Beemer of Hernando County.He was to call Detective Wilford and obtain a
police report and number.
·On
March 22, 2010, Debbie Spikes called Detective Beemer again.He told Debbie that he had been leaving
messages for Detective Wilford.When
contact was finally made, Detective Wilford said there was no police report
number so Detective Beemer said he could not establish a crime.
·On
August 18, 2010, Debbie Spikes spoke again with Billy Dalton.Mr. Dalton told of Robert Benson a/k/a Rob,
who had brought the guitars to him was now incarcerated in Hernando
County.He further stated that Robert Benson
had taken him for $20,000.00 worth of baseball cards.
·We
looked up Robert Benson’s mug shot and I recognized him.Robert Benson was a friend of Jeffrey Byers
and Robert Benson had come to my house with Jeffrey Byers to look at my
guitars.Jeffrey Byers was my former
employee who I believe stole my camera and my guitars.
·Jeffrey
Byers had the opportunity and the motive to steal both my camera and my
guitars.
·On
August 19, 2010, Debbie Spikes called Detective Desmond in Hernando County, who
was Robert Benson’s arresting officer.Robert Benson was arrested on June 17, 2010 for many crimes and was not
talking.Debbie left our phone number
with Detective Desmond in case Robert Benson started talking and we could learn
how he obtained the guitars and from whom.
AGAIN,
I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT NO ACTION WAS TAKEN TO BRING THIS MATTER TO A
RESOLUTION.NOT EVEN A POLICE REPORT OR
NUMBER WAS ASSIGNED TO THIS THEFT OF MY GUITARS.CERTAINLY THERE WAS A THEFT.SOME OF THE GUITARS WERE FOUND.WE KNOW WHO WAS IN POSSESSION OF THE GUITARS

THAT ROBERT BENSON HAD BEEN IN MY HOME WITH JEFFREY BYERS.MY GARAGE DOOR OPENER CAME UP MISSING BEFORE
